The Hollybush is situated adjacent to the Caldon branch of the Trent & Mersey canal, bridge no.38, at Stockton Brook approximately 5 miles from Hanley just off the A53 Leek road at the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands.

In 2005 we refurbished the Hollybush to recapture some of its lost heritage.

The gardens at the Hollybush have been beautifully landscaped so you can sit and relax in the Staffordshire sunshine.

Situated in the heart of the countryside, in one of the county’s most iconic country pubs, the swan with two necks aims to bring a fresh and vibrant eating and drinking experience to North Staffordshire.

We think you will love the fabulous new interior, suitable for a relaxing drink and deli board by the bar, or a slightly more formal experience in our dining area. The Swan with two necks enjoys stunning views across the countryside, and in the warmer months you can drink or dine alfresco in our garden.

We take our food and drink seriously. We try to use local and sustainable suppliers to provide the freshest seasonal ingredients to our menu, combining the best of pub favourites with a modern twist.

Our sirloin and fillet beef can be traced to farms with Staffordshire postcodes, and wherever possible our seasonal vegetables are locally sourced. We make all our pates, sauces, soups, pies and desserts ourselves; that way we know exactly what has gone into them!
